System Use Case Definition

During the next several months, SMEs will be asked to help CGI create System Use Cases.  To facilitate this process, we have created focus groups for each of the business activities below and set up a discussion forum on zimsforum for CGI to post specific design questions.  Each focus group will be made of 5-8 SMEs with 1-3 regional leaders to help facilitate the discussions.

Role Clarification

1.      Focus Group Leaders

• Monitor forum SUC topic (set alerts to receive email of new posting).

• Answer questions posted by CGI or solicit answers from other reviewers.

• Make sure regional views are considered and facilitate discussions.

• Summarize and post answers for CGI in a timely manner.

• Participate in scheduled teleconferences as needed.

• Document results of teleconference discussion on forum.

 2.      Focus Group Reviewers

• Monitor forum SUC topic (set alerts to receive email of new posting)

• Provide feedback on questions posted by CGI

• Participate in scheduled teleconferences as needed.

 3.      IADISC liaison

• Monitor forum SUC topics across forum (set alerts to receive email of new posting)

• Ensure timeliness of responses and regional representation.

 4.      TAC liaison

• Monitor forum SUC topics for technical issues (set alerts to receive email of new posting)
